Fig Leaf Club 2017

If you aren't familiar with Fig Leaf Club let us tell you all about it! Club meets once a month, the third Tuesday of the month at 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. We demonstrate patterns and techniques each month that we encourage you to make, but you pick and choose what appeals to you. There is a preview of new products - books, patterns and tools - so you are always up to date with what is trending in quilting. Of course there are refreshments and the best part of the meeting is show and tell where members and guests bring their latest projects to share.

Fig Leaf Club turns twenty-one in 2017 so we wanted to make it an extra special year! As always, we will feature a quilt we work on throughout the year, as well as extra smaller projects every month or so. This year, for a change, we have a completed sample of the larger quilt. There are kits available to make a quilt exactly like the one pictured or you may work with fabrics of your own choosing (you may also not make the quilt if you like because there will always be other projects)!
